All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Orders placed after 3 PM (EST) on Fridays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide via PostNord.

Estimated delivery times for international orders:

  • 10–25 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs processing or unexpected delays beyond our control.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. For updates, please refer to your tracking link or contact your local postal carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required upon arrival.

  • Nembo Cosmetics does not collect or calculate these charges.

We recommend checking your country’s customs policies before placing your order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to receive the package

You will be responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Redelivery fees

Nembo Cosmetics is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, Nembo Cosmetics is not responsible for loss or theft.

If your package is missing:

  • Contact your shipping carrier directly

  • We will gladly provide tracking details and delivery confirmation if needed
